The company is proud of its service back-up and support and offers a true 24 hour 7 days a week response to critical breakdown requests. The aim is to have an engineer on site within three hours whenever this is practically possible.

Four fully equipped service vans, manned by trained engineers are on call and ready to respond to any emergency. The engineers are strategically located throughout the operating area to minimise travelling time to the customer. The company has supply and service contracts with all of the Health Boards and Local Authorities within the operating area.
