Update regarding re-opening:
As of Monday, the 29th of June, our showrooms will reopen fully to the public, with hand hygiene and social distancing guidelines in place throughout. Please be aware during busier times you may be asked to wait outside the showrooms so that social distancing guidelines can be adhered to. Thank you for you patience, the safety of our team and our customers will always be our first priority.
With regards to our service and maintenance work, we will continue to prioritise essential service and maintenance work such as lifting equipment that must comply with health and safety guidelines and essential equipment that our customers rely on. However we will endeavour to carry out other maintenance work wherever possible, as our current maintenance schedule and a safe working environment for our engineer allows. Online and phone orders will continue to be fulfilled, and can be either collected at either branch, or delivered by either our own free local delivery service or by using couriers.
